**What you will do** + Independently develop approaches to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity. + Use modern engineering techniques to reduce product time to market while meeting regulatory and cost requirements. + Provide engineering support for all global transfers (Supplier ↔ Stryker). + Ensure process and product quality according to operational and material specifications. + Select components and equipment based on specifications, reliability, and regulatory requirements. + Identify and mitigate Product Transfer quality risks and gaps. + Lead/support capital acquisition activities, including equipment specification, negotiation, installation, and validation. + Participate in FMEA, Control Plan, SOP, and PPAP activities related to product transfers. **What you will need** + **Required** + Engineering degree (Process, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or similar) + Minimum of 4 years of experience in process development and/or optimization + Advanced level of spanish and English + **Preferred** + Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, product, and process design. + Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings with GD&T understanding. + Experience conducting capability studies, MSAs, and preparing inspection documentation. + Experience in FDA-regulated or similarly regulated industries. + Knowledge of validation documentation Health benefits include: Medical and prescription drug insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, critical illness insurance, accident insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, personalized healthcare support, wellbeing program and tobacco cessation program.
