**What you’ll do:** To provide Design & automation knowledge for project planning, timelines and budgets to ensure successful project Execution,handling and Lean manufacturing of line, machines ,maintenance and service support of Existing Production machineries (manual/automatic), micro processor based automatic test equipement & Utility equipment for smooth operations of plant. Support PLC programing & micrologic based machines for troubleshooting & upgradation. To bring latest technology / recent developments in process automations. + Project Planning: Developing projects plans Timelines and budgets to ensure successful project execution + Manufacturing Process Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize manufacturing process + Quality control for Manufacturing of new machines: Ensuring that machine producing part meets Quality requirements and regularity requirements + Ensure Safety requirements. Supports Eaton initiative programs on MESH & CI. Identifies areas of quality failures and takes steps to rectify the system problems + Coordinates project in smooth handover to production + Coordinate team for ISO audit, plans and maintains spare parts for all machines and identifies, controls and maintains the critical spares + Maintains and controls the AMC records of vendors and ensures activities completed as specified in the contract + Plan periodic training to upskill the technicien and suborodinates & map the skill competency matrix + Ensure to maintain safe working machines and condition of New machines and all projects + Strong Knowledge of engineering principles, manufacturing process and Project management methodologies and Lean Manufacturing technology, also should have PLC and SCADA Programming Knowledge **Qualifications:** + Education - BE/BTech (EEE, E&I, ECE) + Experience - 6 -12 years - and above in Projects and Maintenance **Skills:** + Automations & SPM design expertise + PLC & SCADA Programming + Electrical & Electronic Test Equipment design & troubleshooting + Utility equipments + Lean flow manufacturing process + Assembly machines + Presenting skills + Good interpersonal skills + Planning and analytical ability and man management skills + Good communicator of both written and verbal information + C/B License (Electrical) preferred
