This transformation from inspiration to implementation required effective cross-functional competent digital team who can understand the industry 4.0 / digital concepts & frameworks, industrial processes, standards, data science, reliable technology, implementation process, and soft skills. Worked in implementation of Light House certification requirements **Qualifications:** BE/BTech (ECE / EEE) with any digital transformation coarse 8+ years and above in Manufacturing environment implementing industry 4.0 **Skills:** Digital tools / MES / Auto OEE monitoring / Data analytics / Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence Presenting Skills, Good interpersonal skills, planning and analytical ability and man management skills, Good communicator of both written and verbal information
