We are looking for a Senior Engineer - Finishes with atleast 8 years of experience to oversee and manage finishing works for a premium villa project carried out by a reputed and rapidly growing real estate developer in Hyderabad. The organization is known for delivering premium residential and commercial projects with a strong legacy of quality, innovation, and customer-centricity.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage all finishing activities for villa projects, including flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, false ceilings, joinery, façade finishes, and interior works. Ensure execution of finishing works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Monitor daily site activities, manpower deployment, and subcontractor performance to achieve project milestones. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure superior workmanship and timely rectification of defects. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, procurement teams, and project stakeholders for seamless execution. Review material requirements and ensure timely availability of finishing materials at site.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering. Minimum 8 years of experience in construction and project execution, with significant exposure to finishing works in villa, luxury residential, or premium housing projects. Strong knowledge of finishing materials, construction methodologies, quality standards, and site execution practices. Experience in managing contractors, subcontractors, and site teams. Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and interior drawings.
