**Position Summary:**
Oversee the on-time and consistent implementation of Environment, Health & Safety programs and activities across the Cavite factory site to ensure protection of the Environment and preservation of life and property. Ensure compliance to the EHS Management Systems and Occupational Health & Safety hazards and corresponding controls. Results-driven and focused.
**Responsibilities:**
•Supports company operations by implementing EHS programs aimed to create and maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
•Maintain the Environment, Health and Safety Management Systems in conformance to the requirements of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
•Manage feedbacks, resolving issues and serving as a link between employees and upper management on EHS matters.
•Ensures that all Work Permits are done properly and conducts Subcontractor Safety Orientation and Compliance Monitoring.
•Conducts Safety related trainings enforcement.
**Qualifications:**
•Graduate of Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical or any related course.
•With experience working in electronics or semicon manufacturing set up.
•With knowledge in Basic Occupational Health and Safety.
•Familiar with ISO 45001, 14001 and Chemical Hazardous Waste Management is an advantage.
•Must have the ability to work in a cross-cultural team, assertive, good leadership, team player, and flexible.
•Good written and spoken English communication skills.
