Executive - Soft Services
Responsible for overseeing facility operations, maintenance, and compliance, ensuring a safe, efficient, and cost-effective workplace environment.
About the Role:
Facility Operations Management: Supervise day-to-day facility activities including housekeeping, maintenance, and security services.Vendor & Budget Management: Negotiate contracts, manage vendor performance, and control facility-related expenses.Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations as well as company standards.Space Planning & Optimization: Oversee workspace allocation, seating plans, and support occupancy planning initiatives.Reporting & Process Improvement: Prepare facility performance reports, analyze KPIs, and implement efficiency improvements.About You:
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).8–10 years of experience in facility management with leadership responsibilities.Strong knowledge of building systems, compliance standards, and vendor management.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in facility management software and MS Office tools.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
