Roles & Responsibilities:

Design and draft out instrument and process control deliverables.Selection of Instruments, PLC, Communication system for Industrial projects,Preparation of loop drawings, junction box drawings, wiring and schematic diagrams, Instrument layout plans.Creation of instrument specification sheets, Instrument Data Sheets, Instrument Index, instrument hook ups, Instrument bill of materials.Preparation of Control Network Architecture, PLC wiring diagrams, SCADA systems.Creation of Control wiring schedule, Cable routing, Hookup drawingsPerform Control valve sizing and selectionPreparation of Cause and Effect diagrams.Resolve construction feedback issues relating to issued deliverables.

Work Experience
Familiarity with instrumentation and process control design Coordinate with Piping/Mechanical designer for Instrument/Piping interfaceReview vendor drawings and other documents and integrate into design.Design experience in a drafting environment developing Instrument Index, Datasheet, Instrument Installation, Instrument plans, sections and details, IO Lists, wiring diagramsTools : AutoCAD, MS Office, SPI In toolWorking Knowledge of codes and standards NEC, NFPA70, IEC, IEEE, UL, AS.

Desired Skills:

Bachelors degree in Instrumentation and Control engineering or relevant qualification6-10 years experienceExperience in SmartPlant
