**Job Description:**
Develops complex Process Engineering Supply Chain project plans, key milestones, and objectives to ensure engineering outputs meet customer’s operational needs and requirements.
Oversees communication to management of any Process Engineering non-conformance, subsequent corrective, and preventive actions, by documenting, investigating, and conducting root cause analysis, and successfully implementing corrective actions.
Configures key performance Process Engineering reports to escalate to management, along with status updates relative to success in meeting critical goals and objectives.
Administers process validations on all ongoing Process Engineering initiatives for subsequent operational integration and supply chain implementation.
Leads, under limited supervision, Process Engineering Technician activity, supporting and enforcing site-specific safety and industrial hygiene requirements.
Completes escalation and monitoring of process engineering issues or concerns to the next management level.
Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.

**We are searching for the best talent for SENIOR ENGINEER to be in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico.**
**You will be responsible for:**
· Understanding and following the company's policies and procedures related to work activities in their area of responsibility, as well as ensuring that subordinates are aware of and adhere to employee policies related to their work and responsibilities.
· Completing training in their area of responsibility within the assigned timeframe. This includes required training for changes and implementations of existing policies and procedures, new functions, etc. Required retraining in areas such as safety and the environment must also be completed.
· Adhering to all company safety policies and precautions within the work area and promoting safety to all associates entering the work area.
· Leading and executing projects focused on reducing variation caused by processes and/or product design that positively influences business metrics, strategic directions, and financial results.
· Maintaining updated work plans for projects throughout the year, including changes in basic business product designs (product line extensions), process changes, and cost improvement projects.
· Identifying and executing cost improvement projects to support manufacturing and/or supplier supply chain objectives.
· Leading technical projects at their manufacturing site and/or with suppliers to enhance process capacity, maintenance, assembly capacity of instruments, and the performance of the produced instruments.
· Providing technical support for the approval and validation of changes and improvements in processes within their manufacturing site and/or with the supplier.
· Offering technical support for resolving quality issues in components.
· Potentially coordinating supervisory activities in technical areas of MEST (Manufacturing Engineering Science and Technology) (RMI/CAD/BOM).
· Ensuring continuity of the supply chain by qualifying and validating tools through component approval procedures.
· Addressing non-conformities related to component issues in a timely manner, ensuring resolution and approval of control plans within their area or among suppliers.
· Additional specific functions of the position include:
· Acting as the lead engineer in operations for the development or review of a moderately complex product, or having responsibility for multiple components or a significant manufacturing process in the development or review of a product.
· Contributing critical expertise across multiple product lines and being responsible for the direction and development of their technical support team.
· Planning, conducting, and leading engineering projects or studies, including comprehensive projects that require an advanced level of knowledge in a specialized field. Applying in-depth and diverse knowledge of engineering principles and practices within assigned areas.
· Coordinating and directing technical support activities and possibly being responsible for the technical development of the assigned group.
· Responsible for communicating business-related matters or opportunities to the next management level.
· For those supervising or managing staff, ensuring that subordinates comply with all company guidelines related to Health, Safety, and Environmental practices, and that all necessary resources are available and in good condition, if applicable.
· Ensuring personal and company compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, policies, and procedures.
· Performing other assigned tasks as necessary.
**Requirements:**
**Education:**
· Engineering
· Master’s or Doctorate in Science or Engineering, preferred
· Bilingual (English-Spanish), preferred
· Senior Engineer trained to oversee technicians.
