Your journey to a meaningful career starts with ZF LIFETEC Your tasks: + Perform high-quality 2D (midmesh) and 3D meshing (Tetra and Hexa) using HyperMesh. + Generate and refine FE models while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. + Work on pre-processing activities for structural and explicit ls dyna environments. + Conduct quality checks on meshes and ensure adherence to best practices. + Understand and implement meshing methodologies to improve model efficiency. + Interpret mechanical drawings and apply engineering knowledge in meshing activities. + Document meshing processes and results for project reporting. Your profile: + Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. + 3-5 years of experience in CAE meshing, particularly using HyperMesh. + Proficiency in 2D and 3D meshing, especially tetra and hexa mesh generation. + Strong understanding of mechanical engineering concepts and FE modeling. + Knowledge of LS-DYNA, Pam-Crash, Animator, or similar CAE tools is a plus. + Good analytical and problem-solving skills. + Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
