As a Senior Engineer within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing identity and access management solutions that ensure secure and compliant access to Publix systems. This role requires collaboration across various departments, including internal security teams and other stakeholders, while consistently applying industry best practices for security. Additionally, you will serve as a subject matter expert in IAM.

Job Responsibilities:Design, develop, implement, and support Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems.Lead and coordinate IAM project efforts to ensure successful and timely delivery.Collaborate with stakeholders across security, infrastructure, and application teams to provide secure and seamless IAM services.Review and enhance IAM controls to address security gaps and improve protection measures.Stay updated on emerging technologies, conduct research, and integrate systems with a strong focus on security.Participate in an On-Call rotation to provide critical escalation support.
