The Senior Engineer – PCC Lead leads the technical development and has the technical product ownership for the Premium Connections and Casing (PCC) portfolio. They will be responsible for liaising with NPI engineering teams to develop and maintain current and future PCC portfolio.
As a Senior Engineer – PCC Lead , you will be responsible for:
Leading and defining project requirements from conceptualization and design to validation, commercialization, manufacturing, operation and maintenance.Handling technical oversight of PCC portfolio, ensuring new and existing designs are production ready, cost optimized, and aligned with operational capabilities.Partnering with product management, supply chain, manufacturing, services/operations and commercial teams to define product requirements, manage changes, and support product rationalization.Conducting technical reviews to recommend improvements in design, manufacturability, cost, and operational performance.Supporting customer facing teams with product expertise, structured documentation, and technical insights.Driving continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen product quality, reduce cost, and improve operational efficiency.Ensuring alignment with product governance standards, documentation requirements, and lifecycle management processes.

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a bachelor in mechanical engineering or relevant technical discipline.Have at least 8 yr of experience in project engineering or product design engineering or relevant technical discipline in subsea wellhead, subsea production system, OCTG, Liners, or relevant well-construction equipment.Have good knowledge of Threaded Connector design (ideally Large Diameter weld-on)Have experience in product and project management, engineering, or manufacturing within oilfield equipment, tubulars, or related products.Possess good knowledge of engineering processes, quality standards, and industry regulations (e.g., API 6A, 17D, 5CT, 5L, NACE MR0175, DNV‑RP‑C203, DNV-RP-B204) and customer-facing project deliveryHave to be skilled in interpreting engineering bill of materials, drawings, 3D CAD modelling(CREO) and technical specificationsHave a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and design for manufacturing principles.Be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) for engaging with clients and cross-functional teams.Show a logical, structured approach to problem-solving and decision-making under time-sensitive conditions.Exhibit a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement, and customer satisfactionHave working knowledge in FEA, ideally in ANSYS and global riser analysisBe comfortable collaborating across global cross functional teams and engaging with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
