About the Role:
Conduct building energy audits to evaluate energy use, costs and identify potential conservation measures
Perform data analysis and evaluate equipment performance with respect to energy efficiency
Initiate energy saving proposals to optimize equipment operations and control strategies
Review and recommend equipment retrofits for energy efficient replacements
Design consultancy and project management for equipment retrofits
Achieve Green Building certifications (eg. Green Mark, LEEDs, WELLs etc) for clients through conducting gap analysis and proposing solutions for implementation to enhance building performance
Work closely with sales team in introducing sales strategies, technical scope analysis, capability demonstrations, development of proposals and projects cost estimates
Coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of project schedules
About You:
Degree or equivalent relating to mechanical or electrical engineering or related technical discipline
Preferable with certification of Energy Auditor / SCEM / GMAP / LEED / WELL
Willing to travel and perform hands-on work at project sites
Minimally internship experience in relevant field
Team player, possess good interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in technical report writing
Ability to work independently
Knowledge of ACMV systems, design software and/or AutoCAD will be advantageous
