Edwards Lifesciences is looking for a Senior Developer to design, develop, and implement generative AI solutions using Copilot Studio to solve complex problems and improve business operations. The Senior Developer will be responsible for executing artificial intelligence (AI) software development using Copilot Studio, while ensuring that internal IT software products are delivered consistently. **How you'll make an impact:** • Leveraging Copilot Studio, Microsoft Power Automate, and the broader Power Platform to design and implement intelligent automation solutions that drive greater productivity. • Provide highly complex design, development and deployment of scalable and efficient AI/ML models both for prototyping purposes as well as for production deployment. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate Copilot Agents with existing platforms and systems • Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups and demo prototypes or milestone updates when necessary • Drive research and experimentation to explore new AI/ML techniques, tools, and frameworks. • Build end-to-end data pipelines for collecting, processing, and analyzing large-scale datasets. • Ensure code and model development are well-documented and follow best engineering practices. • Improve and optimize the performance of models, ensuring robustness, scalability, and efficiency. • Other incidental duties **What you'll need (required):** • Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field • 4 years' experience in IT demonstrably solid performance in a role working with cross-functional teams (within IT and/or within the business) on enterprise-level or complex/novel system implementations Required • Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate **What else we look for:** • Advanced English level • Proficient in Microsoft Power platform • Experience with Copilot Studio and Copilot Agents • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or similar. • Understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and tools. • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for model deployment and data storage. • Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or similar tools is a plus. • Understanding ethical implementations in AI development. • Keeping up to date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. • Excellent problem-solving skills • Strict attention to detail • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
