Where is the work:
On-Site (5 days)
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct various types of structural analyses, such as static, dynamic, vibration, seismic, and fatigue, to support design decisions and improve project development efficiency.
Identify potential risks in structural designs and propose effective solutions using analytical and experimental methods.
Innovate and develop new techniques for finite element analysis in both steady-state and transient scenarios.
Lead structural design verification and optimization efforts for projects related to New Production Development and New Technology Development, utilizing FEA simulation and engineering calculations.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
Master's degree or higher in Engineering Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Civil Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields.
Proficient in using at least one FEA software, such as ANSYS, Abaqus, HyperWorks, etc.
Possess strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities.
Able to actively contribute and collaborate in a team environment.
Good communication skills, both in written and spoken English and Mandarin, including effective participation in meetings.
Demonstrate effective project and time management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and achieve goals.
The relevant project experience, familiarity with Digital Signal Processing (DSP), programming skills (such as Python) and understanding of air conditioning product design & manufacturing processes are preferred.
