In this role, you’ll transform raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across the organization. You’ll work closely with stakeholders in leadership, engineering, finance, and more to uncover trends, optimize performance, and support data-informed innovation. This position will sit at our **Aguadilla, PR** location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered. This role is categorized as **hybrid** , with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote following the schedule assigned by the Manager. **What YOU will do:** + Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources + Support data governance and ensure data integrity across systems + Build dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc. + Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies to support business decisions + Collect, analyze, and visualize key metrics to support the Executive Staff Team in decision-making + Partner with leadership to identify and define critical measurements aligned with Business Unit goals and initiatives + Present findings in clear, compelling ways to both technical and non-technical audiences + Assist in predictive modeling and statistical analysis when needed + Develop and maintain a roadmap for metric tracking and reporting execution + Monitor data consistency and quality, recommending opportunities to consolidate and streamline data sources + Design, build, and optimize data models to enable rapid visualization and reporting requests + Integrate and leverage AI tools to enhance data analytics, forecasting, and visualization capabilities + Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data-driven insights are actionable and aligned with strategic priorities + Create and maintain data gathering applications, including Power Apps **What YOU will learn:** + You will learn about our growing engineering team in Puerto Rico; What we do?
