We are a remote-first team and are excited to offer full-time remote opportunities. **_Job Overview:_** We are seeking a highly skilled and business-savvy cybersecurity professional to lead and support all cybersecurity aspects of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) activities. This role will be responsible for assessing cyber risks associated with potential acquisitions, estimating integration costs, and ensuring proper security controls are implemented throughout the integration lifecycle.
