As a valued member of our large and friendly HR team, our Senior Engagement Specialist plays a key role in developing and executing the DHL Supply Chain engagement strategy across our national operations.
\nYour duties and responsibilities will include:

To be successful in this role, you will have:\nPrevious experience within an engagement/ organisational development role within a medium to large organisation\nEffective communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholder, and facilitate engagement\nConfidence in leading and supporting organisational change, helping leaders and teams navigate transitions with clear and effective communication\nExperience managing employee engagement surveys and turning insights into actionable strategies \nEstablished project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously\nProven track record designing and delivering cultural programs that result in behavioural change \n\nAre you our next team member?
