What you will do:負責建築空調與控制系統（含DDC系統）之現場維護、調整與小型專案執行，並能帶領技術人員完成日常維運與緊急應變。需具備現場實作經驗與系統邏輯判讀能力，能獨立應對現場狀況，並統籌施工品質與進度。• 樓宇管理系統之現場操作、維護與調整：涵蓋空調、機電及控制系統Siemens DDC 控制器參數設定、圖控介面繪製與邏輯撰寫/修改設備量測與能耗分析：包含電力流向、HVAC 系統耗能與建築能源模擬等專案規劃與執行：控制系統設計、材料送審、現場施工、試車調校與驗收現場工班管理與工法監督，並指導技術人員分工執行協助辦理現場查驗、進度估驗、材料調度與施工協調執行駐地維運工作：包含日常維護、感測器與控制器更換、緊急故障處理與文書紀錄管理配合主管推動節能改善與維運效能優化工作
What we are looking for:大專院校電機、機械、能源冷凍空調相關科系畢業具5年以上空調或控制系統現場施工與維運實務經驗熟悉控制邏輯與空調系統圖、能獨立作業並處理現場突發狀況具 AutoCAD 圖面閱讀與基礎繪圖能力EPC建置經驗優先錄用
