What You Will Achieve

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

BA/BS degree with any years of experience, or Associate's degree with 4+ years of experience, or high school diploma (or equivalent) with 6+ years of relevant experienceDemonstrated leadership skills, and the ability to influence at all organizational levelsProven skills in problem-solving and project managementExceptional verbal and written communication skillsExcellent customer, stakeholder, and relationship management abilitiesAbility to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)

A Master’s degree with relevant pharmaceutical experienceStrong analytical and strategic thinking skillsAbility to drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvementExcellent interpersonal and team-building skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesExperience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance productivity. Demonstrated curiosity for exploring how these tools can improve outcomes and understanding of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
