You’ll collaborate with product managers, project managers, hardware and mechanical engineers, and external partners, and take ownership of firmware design, development, and integration — helping us move toward a more innovative and sustainable future. **What You’ll Be Doing** + Translate product requirements into clear technical specifications. + Prepare and execute firmware development plans with the Project Manager. + Drive external partners, that will in combination with internal team contribute to product development. + Contribute hands-on as a firmware developer within our platform-level architecture. + Define and run manual and automated integration tests. + Participate actively in the full development lifecycle — from idea to validation. **What We're Looking For** + 5+ years of embedded software development experience. + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software, Computer Science, Electronics, Mechatronics (or similar). + Structured, problem-solving mindset with ability to explain complex ideas clearly. + Strong English communication skills (written and spoken). + Proven track record of deploying firmware in released products. + Strong programming skills in embedded C. + Experience in in some of the areas: device-to-device communication (RS485, TCP/IP, Modbus, BACnet, BLE), electric motor drivers (BLDC, stepper), GitHub Copilot, Azure DevOps, Python, Matlab Simulink, secure software development, app development. + Bonus: any practical experience in building automation, smart homes, or heating systems. **What You'll Get from Us** + We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities. + You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. + Your well-being matters to us.
