This role involves developing and releasing innovative products, identifying performance limitations, and establishing improvement roadmaps. It is an exciting, hands-on position with significant growth potential.
ResponsibilitiesIdentify impediments to improved performance through a deep understanding of sensors and instrumentation, and develop new architectures and circuits to advance technology.Troubleshoot complex issues to their root cause and support the product team in resolution.Develop and release new vacuum sensing products that offer market advantages in performance, cost, and size.Participate as a key member of multi-disciplinary product teams, taking responsibility for electronics development and release.Essential SkillsElectrical engineering expertiseProficiency in hardware design and analog electronicsExperience with low noise electronics designBoard level design and development skillsExposure to microprocessorsProduct development experience, including life cycle managementAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience with low noise power supply designUnderstanding of communication signals (BUS)Experience in multidisciplinary product developmentKnowledge of analog circuit designFamiliarity with semiconductor technology, ARM, ST Micro, communication protocols such as I2C, CAN, SPI, and USBStrong written and verbal communication skillsBachelor's or higher degree in Engineering with 6+ years of experience, advanced degree preferredWork Environment
The role involves working within a team of 20 in a cross-disciplinary environment. The position offers a 5% bonus, PTO, paid holidays, and an employee stock option plan.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $160000.00/yr.
