**Job Responsibilities**
1. **Electronic Hardware Upgrade & Improvement**
+ Conduct in - depth analysis of the electronic hardware performance of existing gas detection instruments, identify potential optimization points and technical bottlenecks.
+ Develop and implement electronic hardware upgrade plans, including component selection, circuit design optimization, power consumption reduction, and stability enhancement, to improve product performance and competitiveness.
+ Collaborate with the R&D team to complete the prototype production, testing, and verification of hardware upgrade solutions, and continuously adjust and optimize based on test results.
+ Document the entire process of hardware upgrade and improvement, including design specifications, test reports, and technical summaries, to form a complete technical archive.
1. **Production Process Issue Analysis & Resolution**
+ Respond promptly to electronic hardware - related issues in the production process of gas detection instruments, such as low assembly pass rate, abnormal component operation, and inconsistent product performance.
+ Use professional testing tools (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal analyzers) and technical methods to conduct root - cause analysis of production problems, and put forward effective solutions.
+ Work closely with the production department to implement problem - solving measures, track the implementation effect, and prevent the recurrence of similar issues by optimizing production processes or improving hardware designs.
+ Summarize production problem cases, establish a problem database, and provide technical training to production personnel to improve their ability to identify and handle common electronic hardware issues.
1. **Customer Complaint Handling & Problem Resolution**
+ Receive and sort out customer complaints related to electronic hardware of gas detection instruments, such as inaccurate detection data, frequent equipment failures, and short service life.
+ Conduct technical analysis on customer complaint issues, including communicating with customers to obtain detailed fault information, testing and verifying faulty products, and identifying the root causes of problems.
+ Develop targeted solutions for customer complaints, such as providing replacement parts, optimizing hardware parameters, or upgrading firmware, and follow up the implementation process to ensure customer satisfaction.
+ Analyze the trend of customer complaints, summarize common problems, and feedback relevant information to the R&D and production departments to promote product quality improvement.
**Job Requirements**
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related major.
2. At least 3 years of working experience in electronic hardware design, upgrade, or maintenance of industrial instruments, with experience in gas detection instruments being highly preferred.
3. Profound knowledge of electronic circuit design, analog/digital electronics, sensor technology, and power management, and familiar with the working principle and electronic hardware structure of gas detection instruments.
4. Skilled in using electronic design software (e.g., Altium Designer, Cadence) for circuit design and PCB layout, and proficient in using testing equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers) for hardware debugging and problem diagnosis.
5. Strong problem - solving ability, able to quickly analyze and resolve complex electronic hardware issues in product upgrade, production, and customer complaint scenarios.
6. Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively communicate with internal teams (R&D, production, sales) and external customers to clarify needs and promote problem resolution.
7. Familiar with relevant industry standards and safety specifications for gas detection instruments (e.g., IEC, EN, GB standards), and able to ensure that product upgrades and improvements comply with relevant requirements.
8. Have a rigorous and responsible work attitude, strong learning ability, and be able to keep up with the latest developments in electronic hardware technology and apply them to product improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Master's degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related major.
2. More than 5 years of working experience in the gas detection instrument industry, with successful cases of electronic hardware upgrade and improvement of gas detection products.
3. Familiar with the performance characteristics of gas sensors (e.g., electrochemical sensors, catalytic combustion sensors, infrared sensors) and have experience in matching and optimizing sensor circuits.
4. Experience in handling complex customer complaint issues of industrial instruments, and a good track record of improving customer satisfaction.
5. Holding relevant professional certifications, such as electronic engineer qualification certificate, PCB design engineer certificate, or gas detection instrument calibration certificate.
