As a Senior Electronic Engineer within the New Product Integration team, you will be leading the creation and development of next‑generation electronic subsea products. You will be shaping product architectures, guiding engineering teams, and ensuring high‑quality designs across the full product lifecycle—from concept and feasibility to testing, launch, and long‑term support. You will be championing design‑for‑manufacture, design‑for‑reliability, and design‑for‑cost principles.
As a Senior Electronic Engineer, you will be:
Leading requirements capture and translating them into PCB‑level specificationsCreating schematics and PCB layouts using Altium or equivalent toolsPerforming simulations using SPICE, PLECS, or MATLAB/SimulinkAnalyzing switching behavior, EMI, thermal performance, and reliabilityBuilding and testing prototypes using oscilloscopes, analyzers, and lab toolsValidating PCB designs and driving testing through qualification stagesEnsuring compliance with regulatory and industry standardsCollaborating with mechanical, firmware, and systems teams for integrationFuel your passion
To Be Successful in This Role You Will:
Having strong hands‑on experience designing electronic hardwareHaving proficiency in PCB design, schematic capture, and simulation toolsHaving knowledge of power electronics, switching circuits, EMI mitigation, and thermal managementHaving strong debugging and fault‑finding skills across prototypes and lab testingHaving experience taking designs from concept to tested prototypeHaving experience in highly regulated industries such as aerospace, defense, medical, or consumerHaving understanding of DFM, DFT, compliance, and production processesHaving a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electronic EngineeringWork in a Way That Works for You
