If you're looking to **make an impact, work with groundbreaking technology, and be part of a future-focused team** , this is the place for you! **What you’ll do:** As an **Electro-Mechanical Engineer** , you’ll work across **design, development, and production support** , helping to create **complex aerospace systems** that meet the highest industry standards. Your responsibilities include: + **Designing electro-mechanical assemblies** , including enclosures, looms/wiring harnesses, and PCB assemblies using **3D CAD modeling** . + **Ensuring compliance with aerospace standards** such as **EWIS, EMC, IPC manufacturing guidelines** , and manufacturability/testability principles. + **Generating and managing engineering drawings** , applying **configuration control tools (e.g., PTC Windchill)** to ensure design integrity. + **Collaborating with cross-functional teams** , mentoring junior engineers, and leading engineering change requests. + **Applying advanced problem-solving tools** , including **Design for Six Sigma and Lean methodologies** , to optimize performance and efficiency.
