Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team for The Avenues mixed-use development project. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive electrical engineering expertise with a focus on Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems integration for this large-scale retail and mixed-use development.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead electrical engineering aspects of PMC services for The Avenues development, ensuring compliance with international standards and local regulationsCoordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, MEP consultants, contractors, and regulatory authoritiesOversee design and implementation of comprehensive electrical infrastructure including power distribution, lighting systems, emergency power, and grounding systemsDesign and oversee implementation of integrated ELV systems including telecommunications, data networks, security systems, audio-visual systems, and building management systemsApply specialized knowledge of retail electrical requirements for mixed-use components including residential, office, hospitality, and retail spacesReview and approve electrical designs, specifications, and technical submittals from design consultants and contractors

Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited universityProfessional Engineering license or equivalent professional certificationMinimum of 8 years of experience in electrical engineering with focus on commercial and mixed-use developmentsExtensive experience in PMC roles for large-scale construction projects, preferably mixed-use or retail developmentsProven expertise in ELV systems design, implementation, and integrationDirect experience with shopping mall or large retail development electrical systemsProficiency in electrical design software (AutoCAD, ETAP, SKM, Revit MEP)Strong understanding of international electrical codes (IEC, NEC) and local regulatory requirements
