Summary: Seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with a PE license to lead engineering teams in providing advisory services and design solutions across various market sectors.
Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Professional Engineering licensure required
Minimum 8 years of engineering design and/or consulting experience
U.S. Citizenship required
Proven ability to engage with clients and develop relationships
Experience in business growth strategy and exploration of new project opportunities
Expertise in proposal development and project execution planning
Passion for mentoring junior technical staff
Preferred Skills:
Power system modeling using SKM Power Tools, ETAP, or similar softwareJob Responsibilities:
Lead electrical engineering team for advisory services and engineering design solutions
Collaborate with Client Account Managers on strategic pursuits
Engage in business growth strategies including developing new project opportunities
Mentor junior technical staff
Travel as required to support project needs
Pay Details: $140,000.00 to $180,000.00 per year
