Senior Electrical Engineer

Summary: Seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with expertise in designing, implementing, and improving electrical systems for heavy industrial facilities.

Requirements:

BSEE from ABET-accredited institution 5-8 years of experience in relevant field Familiarity with low & medium voltage power systems, instrumentation, and controls designs

Preferred Skills:

Professional Engineer (PE) certification Experience with Power System analysis software such as ETAP and/or SKM Protective Device Relay configuration/programming experience Proficiency in AutoCAD/drawings

Responsibilities:

Act as liaison between contractors and equipment suppliers Perform field investigations and assessments Ensure installation and operations conform to standards by preparing specifications and technical drawings Establish standards or specifications through detailed calculations Direct or coordinate installation, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, documentation, support, or testing activities for compliance Write reports and compile data on projects and studies; prepare specifications for purchases of electrical equipment/materials Supervise or train project team members; estimate costs for budget preparation

Pay Details: $49.00 to $66.00 per hour
