Role Overview
Design and Engineering Maestro: You will select methods and procedures, perform work, and optimize designs in compliance with international codes and industry standards. Project Planner Extraordinaire: Proactively plan and complete activities and deliverables within agreed time frames and budgets while ensuring seamless system interfaces. Scope Guardian: Ensure your Scope of Work meets both contractual obligations and internal requirements, driving quality and excellence. Lessons Learned Advocate: Apply relevant lessons learned to understand change impacts across project boundaries. Vendor Coordinator: Collaborate with vendors, subcontractors, and third parties to meet contractual requirements effectively. Package Engineering Lead: Take on technical responsibilities for the design, procurement, and manufacture of engineering packages. Team Leader: Start leading engineers on assigned scopes of work, fostering collaboration and innovation. Discipline Lead: Act as Discipline Lead for assigned scopes, guiding the team towards successful project outcomes.
Skills & Qualifications FPSO Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Floating Production Storage and Offloading systems. Engineering Design Proficiency: Familiarity with engineering design and calculation tools essential for effective project execution. Systems Engineering Savvy: Strong understanding of systems engineering principles to ensure integrated project delivery. Package Engineering Knowledge: Experience in package engineering and manufacturing processes. Reliability and Safety Focus: Commitment to ensuring reliability, operability, and safety in all engineering solutions. Site Engineering Skills: Proficient in site engineering practices to oversee on-site operations effectively. Electrical Analysis Proficiency: Ability to conduct thorough electrical analyses for optimal performance. Planning Acumen: Strong planning skills to manage project timelines and deliverables efficiently.
Education & Experience Qualifications: Engineer Diploma in a relevant discipline is required. Experience: 5 to 10 years in the Oil & Gas industry, demonstrating a solid foundation in electrical engineering.
