Coordinates and performs testing of electrical systems as required by codes. Assists other trades as needed and general maintenance related to the facility. **The value you'll bring to the team:** Coordinates and performs electrical equipment maintenance, installations and modifications per all applicable codes and regulations Assist in operation and general maintenance of painting, plumbing, HVAC, locksmith, and alarm systems. Oversees essential repairs and other duties as carried out Troubleshoots, tests, and repairs mechanical machinery, equipment, systems, and physical structures as scheduled or needed under limited guidance Monitors work performed by outside contractors to insure requirements are met and results are documented properly Responds to in-house Work Orders and PMs on daily basis, and in a timely manner May be required to respond to emergency calls May be required to take call in accordance with facility in a timely manner Provides on the job skills training Supports and contributes to the development of new processes, products, or services Maintains complete and accurate records of all maintenance and repairs. Maintains record ensuring compliance with TJC, Federal, State and Local regulations and standards. Responsible for keeping current on maintenance logs Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications **The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed** **:** + High School Diploma or GED required + Minimum 2 years healthcare facilities and equipment maintenance experience required + Journeyman License preferred + Valid Drivers License pre This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
