High Point will be PepsiCo’s largest and most sustainable plant, setting a benchmark for future operations. Your Role: As a Senior EHS Manager, you will contribute to the success of the High Point Facility by ensuring regulatory compliance, accident prevention, and after-injury management. You will establish, execute, and deliver facility-specific EHS plans that support PepsiCo's overall EHS objectives. This role is ideal for leaders who are passionate about innovation and want to work with the latest technology and equipment. Responsibilities Leadership and Culture: Provide active and positive leadership to develop a safety-minded culture across the facility and drive continuous EHS improvement. Compliance and Safety: Implement and ensure compliance with PepsiCo’s EHS policies and all relevant federal, state, and local regulations. Sustainability Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PEP+ Sustainability into all aspects of the business. Change Leadership: Deliver effective change leadership while driving business changes and minimizing people impact. Risk Management: Perform risk assessments and lead the implementation of effective control measures to reduce risk. Incident Investigation: Lead the incident investigation process, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions. Regulatory Interaction: Interface with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders to address EHS concerns and minimize impact. People Development: Build the capability of site resources through effective employee relations, hiring, coaching, mentoring, and training. EHS Program Management: Lead execution of the site’s EHS Annual Operation Plan and EHS Action Plans, including budget management. Continuous Improvement: Champion an environment of continuous improvement that meets or exceeds division expectations. Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $118,700 - $198,800. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental, Safety, Engineering, or a related field with 10+ years of progressive EHS work experience. Preferred Experience: EHS management in consumer packaged goods, distribution/transportation, manufacturing, or grocery industries. Skills: Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills. Knowledge: Advanced EHS knowledge in regulatory requirements, technical aspects, and compliance.
