**We are searching for the best talent for Senior EH&S Engineer**
**Purpose:**
Leading occupational safety, and/or industrial hygiene and/or Environmental support to a moderate size business location, serving as the and/or health/safety/Environmental contact for site; or lead safety, industrial hygiene, and/or ergonomics program component at a large, complex location or multiple locations. This may include providing management support to EES sites assisting conformation to ISO (International Organization for Standardization) 14001 Standard & J&J Worldwide EHS Standards as related to federal, state and local regulations. Under general supervision, provide leadership to site and management for the establishment and maintenance of robust processes to identify, evaluate and control industrial hygiene, ergonomic and/or and safety risk in the workplace.
**You will be responsible for** **:**
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
+ Designs and coordinates Environmental programs for the facilities
+ Enforce EHS&S laws and regulations
+ Implements and Improves Environmental Management Systems
+ Communicates and reports performance against Environmental goals
+ Follow all company Environmental policies and other related precautions within the work area
+ Supports supplier evaluations for major services/products as needed
+ Site Environmental Engineer is responsible for reviewing the chemical and waste room inspection reports, and all related activities to the disposal of waste.
+ Site Environmental Engineer should perform Ergo Risk analysis; recommend improvements and Lead Ergo programs.
+ Other responsibilities may be assigned and not all responsibilities listed may be assigned depending on job assignments
+ Conduct Environmental training
+ Lead organization EHS&S projects
+ Follow J&J and EES Records Management Policies for Convenience Information, Records Retention Schedules, Training and Education, Document Hold Notices, Records Cleanout, Inactive Records and Information Management, Vital Records and third party vendor if applicable.
+ Support to keep the ISO Certification.
+ Follow and implement corporate requirements across the site.
**Qualifications / Requirements:**
+ Minimum required University/Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent and related work experience in EHS&S.
+ 4 to 6 years of experience.
+ Bilingual: English/ Spanish preferred
+ GMP/ ISO knowledge preferred
+ Knowledge of ISO14001/OHSAS 18000 preferred
+ Knowledge of EHS&S laws and Regulations (STPS, SEMARNAT, Mexican Compliance)

+ Technical knowledge of safety and industrial hygiene program components is required. Experience is required in identifying, evaluating and controlling safety risks in the workplace.
+ Must be resourceful and creative in development of approaches that use existing resources to address gaps in program components. Must also be able to devise methods for achieving compliance with regulatory and Johnson & Johnson requirements while meeting business constraints of the business location being supported. Must be able to extrapolate general guidance documents to the specifics of the business location.
+ Must be able to manage multiple demands, developed innovative solutions to problems, partner well with associates at all levels and have the leadership skills to lead projects and teams.
+ Excellent interpersonal, communication, influence, planning, organizing, and time management skills. Superior team player.
