Role Summary and Impact

We are looking for a data-driven, highly analytical Senior eCommerce Expert with an entrepreneurial mindset to spearhead performance marketing initiatives across Amazon, Google, Meta & TikTok.

Responsibilities

Design and execute a robust, full-funnel digital strategy focused on performance marketing mainly across Google, Amazon & META. Lead the planning and reporting of digital campaigns to maximize performance, implementing ongoing improvements through A/B testing and other techniques. Effectively manage and allocate the media budget across these platforms, ensuring optimization based on campaign performance and key metrics. Conduct thorough performance analysis using tools such as Google Analytics and Amazon Brand Analytics, providing data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to improve campaign outcomes. Ensure the achievement of KPIs and coordinate efforts across teams to meet these targets. Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and external partners/vendors.

Requirements

A background in Data Management, Media, Statistics, or a related field would be ideal. At least 3-5 years of experience managing performance-driven media campaigns on Google, Amazon, Meta & TikTok in a competitive and fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail. Extensive experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, DV360, Amazon Brand Analytics, and similar performance marketing tools. Expertise in Digital Marketing and E-commerce. Fluency in English.
