We put our systems together, exercise them in the lab or in the field, measure and analyze performance, and make sure our products work the first time and every time. To accomplish this, we develop plans and procedures, debug and evaluate system functions and interfaces, develop test environments, and work together with our customers In this role, you will be supporting the successful completion of lab developmental test events, platform integration laboratory testing events, and the associated analysis of test data. The position is located in Tucson Arizona. **What You Will Do** + Perform integration, verification, and testing to ensure the system under test performs according to design, specs and/or requirements. + Perform data collection activities, including review and assessment of data elements, and provide detailed reports of results. + Trace and/or correct faults in mechanical or electronic systems. + Create/modify documentation in support of reviews associated with formal testing, which include Test Readiness Review (TRR), Consent to Ship (CTS), and Test Data Review (TDR) packages. + Support field testing, _which includes occasional travel._ + Monitor / manage upcoming tasks; assign resources. + Collaborate actively with CAM, IPT, TA, CE, attend weekly meetings to provide status, needs. + Champion teammates, foster respect, and communication, and serve as mentor to newest team members. **Qualifications You Must Have** + Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior engineering experience. + Experience leading a Design Verification test. + Experience with troubleshooting and failure root cause definition. + Knowledge of Lab / test equipment + Active and transferrable US Government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
