Grow here.** The Senior Dry Utilities BIM Specialist is responsible for leading the development, coordination, and governance of advanced BIM models for dry utilities within industrial and transportation infrastructure projects. The role requires strong technical leadership, deep Revit expertise, and the ability to ensure full compliance with BIM standards across multidisciplinary teams. Experience on Middle East projects—including working with regional standards, fast-track delivery, and complex stakeholder environments—is highly desirable. The specialist will mentor junior team members, collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, and actively drive the adoption of advanced BIM methodologies and best practices within the organization. **Job Description** **Here is what you will do:** **1. Modeling and Coordination** + Lead the creation, development, and maintenance of advanced Revit BIM models for dry utilities, including power, telecommunications, and gas networks, within industrial and transportation projects. + Ensure seamless integration of dry utility systems within federated, multi-discipline BIM models. + Coordinate closely with civil, structural, architectural, and MEP teams to resolve complex design, interface, and constructability issues. + Manage clash detection and model coordination using tools such as Navisworks, ensuring timely resolution and design optimization. **2. Standards and Quality Control** + Develop, implement, and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and modeling protocols, aligned with ISO and project-specific requirements. + Perform detailed model audits and quality checks, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with client and authority standards, including Middle East regulations where applicable. + Continuously review and enhance BIM standards to reflect evolving project needs and industry best practices. **3. Leadership and Mentoring** + Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior BIM specialists and design team members. + Support capability development through training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job coaching, with a focus on advanced Revit workflows. + Promote a collaborative, quality-driven BIM culture within the team. **4. Collaboration and Communication** + Act as the primary BIM point for dry utilities across projects. + Lead BIM and coordination meetings to address clashes, design inconsistencies, and interface risks. + Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth project delivery. **5. Technical Support and Innovation** + Provide high-level technical support related to Revit, BIM coordination, and data management. + Monitor emerging BIM technologies, tools, and processes relevant to industrial and transportation sectors. + Drive innovation and continuous improvement in BIM delivery to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and project outcomes. **6.
