Senior District Manager The Senior District Manager is a key operational leader responsible for overseeing multiple districts, driving strategic execution, and ensuring service excellence across a broad portfolio of accounts. This role provides leadership to District Managers and site-level teams, ensuring alignment with company goals, financial performance, and client satisfaction. The Senior District Manager is accountable for operational efficiency, talent development, compliance, and growth initiatives within their region.

Pay: $87,808 - $125,000 Salary

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.

Position Responsibilities

· Lead and mentor District Managers to ensure consistent execution of operational standards and service delivery

· Oversee financial performance across districts, including budget management, forecasting, and P&L accountability

· Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve efficiency, client retention, and employee engagement

· Serve as a senior point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and partnership

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Safety, Finance, and Sales to support business objectives

· Drive compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements

· Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and succession planning across districts

· Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement

· Lead business development efforts and support expansion within existing and new accounts

· Ensure timely and accurate reporting of incidents, audits, and operational metrics

· Represent the company in high-level client meetings and industry events

· Perform other duties as assigned or requested

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

· 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in facilities, operations, or service management

· Proven success managing multi-site teams and large-scale operations

· Strong financial acumen with direct oversight of P&Ls and budget planning

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead at all levels

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational reporting tools

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

· Bilingual Spanish preferred
