Responsibilities

Position Summary:

Lead the strategies, initiatives, and solutions for all labor management and productivity technologies, tools, systems, data, and analytics. Responsible for associate training and adoption of tools and systems. Own new system implementations including creating and executing on implementation plans. Direct how labor management and productivity technologies will be used in national labor management processes and initiatives. Create processes, guidelines, and training materials for technologies. Own workforce data, reporting, and analytics for labor management and productivity.

 

Responsibilities:

Lead and own strategic initiatives for labor management systems, reporting, and analytics, understand labor dynamics and needs, and provide support with labor scheduling.Assist with design creation of reporting and dashboards, audit and analyze workforce data, review trends, and identify and share areas of opportunity from the data.Support the national labor management team with all technology and analytical needs by acting as a subject matter expert for all tools.Develop and implement processes and guidelines for labor management technologies and provide training and training materials including system and process training to drive standardization of work, associate adoption and utilization, and to maximize productivity and effectiveness.Collaborate with labor management leadership and market leadership to review needed reporting, dashboards, and systems and design solutions for these needs.Support work for national-scale projects including implementations and leading workstreams.Perform other duties and projects as assigned and as needed.
Requirements

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
Additional Preferences 7+ years of experience required.10 years of experience preferred.Bachelor's degree preferred.5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.Strong analytical and reporting skills are required.Healthcare experience strongly preferred.7+ years of healthcare labor management technologies experience strongly preferred.Travel to market ministries will be required.
