We are looking for a dedicated Senior Directory Service Line Technology like you to be a part of our team. **Job Summary and Qualifications** The Senior Director of Service Line Technology is a leadership role responsible for the strategic direction, development, and implementation of technology solutions that support and enhance the organization's service lines, including Radiation Oncology, Medical Oncology, Home Health and InPatient Rehab. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare operations, technology trends, and the ability to translate business needs into effective technology strategies. The Senior Director will collaborate with various stakeholders, including service line leaders, IT teams, and vendors, to ensure alignment and successful execution of technology initiatives. Major Responsibility + Develop and execute the technology roadmap for assigned service lines, aligning with overall organizational strategy. + Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new technologies to improve service line performance. + Manage a team of technology professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management. + Understand and manage standard support practices across third party applications as well as custom developed in-house applications + Collaborate with service line leaders to understand their business needs and translate them into technology solutions, including Sarah Cannon + Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and security standards. + Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the organization's service lines and their technology needs. - Lead the development and implementation of technology strategies that support service line goals. + Manage the budget for service line technology initiatives. + Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of technology solutions. - Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the smooth operation of technology systems. + Monitor technology trends and identify opportunities to improve service line performance. + Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors across multiple service lines. + Prepare and present reports on technology initiatives to senior management. + Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including HIPAA and PCI. + Manage and mentor a team of technology professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. **What qualifications you will need:** + Seven or more years of experience in a technology leadership role, preferably in a healthcare setting. + Experience managing technology projects and budgets. + Experience working with service line leaders and IT teams. + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. **Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Behaviors:** + Strong leadership and management skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Deep understanding of healthcare operations and technology. + Proven ability to develop and implement technology strategies. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Ability to work effectively in a team environment. + Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, including HIPAA and PCI. - Budget management experience. + Project management skills.
