As **Senior Director, Revenue Growth Management (RGM)** , you will be responsible for shaping and deploying the global RGM vision and operating model across markets. You will set the strategic agenda for pricing excellence, trade and promotion optimization, portfolio and channel management, and commercial analytics, while driving consistent capability building across all regions.
You will act as the global RGM thought leader and transformation catalyst, embedding advanced analytics, digital tools, and AI-driven insights into commercial decision-making. This role requires deep collaboration with regional commercial teams, business units, finance, commercial analytics and marketing, and to co-develop actionable RGM strategies that balance global consistency with local market agility.
Your impact will be measured by the acceleration of profitable revenue growth, enhanced margin delivery, and the successful institutionalization of RGM as a key business capability across Philips Personal Health. You will play a critical role in connecting RGM strategy with how Philips Personal Health delivers superior value propositions, commercial excellence, and profitable growth across all markets.
In addition, this role includes the leadership of value stream orchestration across all three Personal Health value streams — Retail, Consumer, and Professional. You will ensure strategic alignment and collaboration across these value streams to maximize how we deliver benefits to our customers and consumers. This includes overseeing how commercial, pricing, and channel strategies integrate with operational execution to create consistent, meaningful value across the end-to-end journey.
**Your Role:**
**1. RGM Strategy and Leadership**
+ Define and lead the global RGM strategy from the Center of Excellence, ensuring coherence and best practice sharing across regions.
+ Develop a clear roadmap for pricing, promotion, and portfolio management capabilities to enable sustainable, profitable growth.
+ Serve as a strategic advisor to the Personal Health Leadership Team on commercial growth and pricing excellence.
**2. Regional Collaboration and Enablement**
+ Partner closely with regional and market teams to localize and operationalize RGM strategies, balancing global frameworks with local market dynamics.
+ Foster a culture of joint ownership and knowledge exchange between the CoE and regional stakeholders.
+ Co-lead RGM initiatives with regional commercial, marketing, and finance leaders, ensuring data-driven alignment across all levels of execution.
**3. Pricing and Promotion Optimization**
+ Lead global pricing and promotional strategy to optimize price-pack architecture and improve promotional ROI.
+ Build frameworks and analytics tools that help markets make better trade, pricing, and assortment decisions.
**4. Portfolio and Channel Management**
+ Partner with marketing and category leaders to drive portfolio optimization, identify pricing corridors, and align channel strategies for both mature and emerging markets.
+ Support regional teams in balancing innovation pricing with competitive positioning.
**5. Commercial Transformation and AI Enablement**
+ Collaborate with the AI & Commercial Analytics teams to leverage automation, predictive modeling, and data visualization for smarter revenue management decisions.
+ Drive the adoption of digital tools and AI solutions across regional RGM teams.
**6. Capability Building and Change Leadership**
+ Build and lead a global RGM community of practice, equipping markets with frameworks, toolkits, and training to elevate RGM maturity.
+ Champion a data-driven, insight-led commercial mindset across Personal Health.
+ Lead change management efforts to embed RGM as a core pillar of business transformation.
**7. Governance and Performance Tracking**
+ Define global RGM KPIs and ensure transparent performance tracking across regions.
+ Report progress and insights to senior leadership, influencing key business decisions through commercial analytics.
**You're the right fit if:**
+ 12+ years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Pricing, Commercial roles, Commercial Excellence, or Strategy, ideally within Consumer Health, FMCG, or HealthTech industries.
+ Proven success in leading global or regional RGM transformations from a Center of Excellence or corporate strategy role.
+ Strong background in pricing architecture, promotion analytics, portfolio management, and cross-market coordination.
+ Experience in integrating AI, automation, and analytics into commercial strategies.
+ Exceptional influencing and stakeholder management skills across senior, global, and regional levels.
+ Strategic acumen combined with a hands-on, pragmatic execution style.
+ International experience and comfort operating in a complex, matrixed organization.
+ Willingness to travel up to 25%.
