The Senior Director of Strategy, Growth & Operations is a critical leadership role within Microsoft Advertising Marketing.  This leader will drive strategic planning, operational excellence, and growth acceleration across the marketing organization. The role oversees four key teams: Marketing Operations, Growth Marketing, Business Management, and Coupon Strategy. This role is responsible for 1) Leading the annual strategic planning process focused on the highest opportunity areas. 2) Driving AI strategy and adoption across marketing. 3) Advancing our measurement practice and Monthly Business Updates (MBU). 4) Partnering closely with Finance and leading the rhythm of business (ROB). The ideal candidate is a systems thinker, highly strategic, agile, growth-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. They bring influence skills, a bias for action, and a passion for innovation.
