The Compliance, Governance & Sustainability team within the Manufacturing Devices Operations (MDO), is seeking a strategic and innovative Senior Director of Operational Excellence Manager to lead the scalability of operations across the Manufacturing Devices Operations (MDO) organization, encompassing both manufacturing and supply chain functions. This role will manage a cross-team of experts in managing operations at scale through the integration of AI and continuous improvement of information management, performance tracking, and compliance support. A key focus will be supporting resilience, compliance and continuity of supply, while standardizing managed services and enabling data-driven decision-making.
