Ensure the efficiency, professionalism, and effectiveness of facilities design and construction in alignment with mission and strategy of the organization. + Oversee the development of project budgets, schedules and cash flow while ensuring compliance with allocated funding sources. Coordinate internal and external project audits. + Report risks, issues, and key metrics to leadership. + Define the contract parameters for each project within the standardized contract template and communicate expectations to direct reports and stakeholders. + Communicate and implement strategic initiatives in alignment with the organizations and customer priorities. + Drive business innovation, service strategies, continuous process improvement and achievement of construction projects through collaborative partnerships. + Act as the primary liaison for all regional external professional service and construction firms, including contract application review and ensuring that all service firms and managers meet conduct, safety, and operating procedure standards. + Conduct hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of staff. **Requirements** Licensure / Certification / Registration: + Drivers License obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. + Manager Certification specializing in Healthcare Facilities preferred. Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC)also accepted. + Project Mgmt Professional preferred. Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) accepted.
