The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Director of Business Development to lead national growth initiatives. This executive-level role is responsible for driving strategic partnerships, negotiating long-term agreements, and expanding TMC’s presence across multiple states.
This position is ideal for a proven healthcare sales leader who can build relationships at the C-suite level, lead complex negotiations, and champion TMC’s mission of providing excellent, people-focused care.
This is a remote position!
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a national growth strategy for contract therapy and joint venture opportunities.Build and manage a strong pipeline of multi-site, multi-state prospects.Lead executive-level sales conversations with owners, CEOs, and decision-makers in post-acute and senior living care.Deliver compelling, value-driven presentations that highlight TMC’s clinical, operational, and financial advantages.Collaborate with TMC’s executive and operational leaders to ensure seamless transition and onboarding of new partners.Represent TMC at national conferences, industry events, and through advisor/influencer networks.What We’re Looking For
A leader with integrity, humility, and purpose-driven decision-making.8–10+ years of long term care business development experience, including multi-site or multi-state partnerships.Proven success in post-acute care, long-term care, or healthcare services sales.Established executive relationships within skilled nursing, senior living, or health system networks strongly preferred.Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence.High initiative, competitive drive, and the ability to navigate long decision cycles.Willingness to travel is a must.Why Join TMC?
