Key Responsibilities
Responsible for working across the Bank to ensure all logistics are appropriately managed for the committees, including calendar management, scheduling, materials collection and assembly, tracking of attendance and documents, meeting minutes, and all other preparation for and execution of committee meetings. Role will be responsible for escalating risks and issues to leadership and committee chairs as necessary. Oversight and execution of the Change Management process and related reportingDrive annual review of policies, standards, charters and risk appetite statements to support the Bank’s risk management frameworkGuide 2nd line risk office evolution to ensure the needs of the expanding Bank and expectations of the regulators continue to be metPrepare presentations and communications for leader, which will include presentations to senior and executive leadership and various Bank committees, regulatory agencies, and employee/management groups; ensure preparation and pre-work readiness for meetings and facilitate productive and decisive meetings/conversations.Represent the leader on key strategic and tactical initiatives with others (in absence of the leader). Monitor progress of operational and strategic objectives. May lead broad, cross-organizational initiatives for which the direct leader has been assigned accountability; these may include initiatives related to business transformation, business strategy or development.Initiate activities to maximize organizational effectiveness such as driving process improvements, provide direct or indirect leadership to direct reports/others as needed and requested.

Base Pay Salary
The estimated base salary for this role is $147,000 - $198,500 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
