Senior Director - Marketing and C&C Data, Tech and Capabilities
**Role Overview** We are looking for a change agent - someone who is fluent in data and martech + core brand building - and can architect and operationalise a **future-ready data and tech ecosystem** to drive our marketing efficiency and effectiveness. The role integrates **marketing operations, data & technology enablement, capability building and experimentation,** to drive consistent, high-impact marketing execution and strengthen capability. This leader partners with **OU and Global Marketing Leadership, External Agencies** **and Partners** to bring on board new thinking, tools, capabilities and processes, to deliver top-quartile marketing performance. **Key Responsibilities** **Data, Technology & Digital Enablement** + Architect the right **ecosystem of partners and technology solutions** to drive **AI and martech-enabled marketing** - both what we do and how we do it (outcomes & process) + Drive the adoption of **marketing technology, workflow, collaboration, and experimentation platforms** to raise our game + Enable **data-driven consumer engagement, prioritisation, performance tracking, and learning loops** across marketing. + Own the **strategy around first-party data** and work with the network to bring it to life through brand marketing programs + Expand **Digital & Technology capabilities** with tangible outcomes **Capability Building & Learning** + Own the **Digital Capability Agenda** for marketing to ensure our marketers are in the top quartile on digital and AI fluency + Identify future capability gaps and work with partners and the network to find the best **-in-class** **learning and experiential solutions** to bridge them. + Build a culture of **continuous learning, experimentation, and knowledge sharing** . **Experimentation & Innovation** + Lead the **AI and martech** **experimentation agenda** , scaling successful pilots and minimising duplication. + Drive breakthrough initiatives, including startup and ecosystem partnerships. **Leadership & Stakeholder Management** + Be the **primary change agent** driving AI and martech within our marketing team + Lead and develop a **multi-disciplinary team** with a strong coaching and capability-building focus. + Influence across **OU Marketing Leadership, Global Marketing Networks, HR/L&D, PAC, Bottlers, and Agencies** . + Represent the OU within **global marketing communities** **Experience & Profile** + **15-18+ years** of progressive leadership experience across Marketing, Marketing Operations and Digital Enablement + **Strong command of martech & AI** . + Strong foundation in **Brand Management and Integrated Marketing Campaigns** . + Proven success leading **complex, cross-functional and cross-geographical initiatives** . + Deep understanding of **Agile ways of working, resource governance, and marketing technology ecosystems** . + MBA preferred. Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:30 Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role.
