Kforce's client, based in Saint Louis, MO is hiring for a Senior Director, Global Shared Services. This critical finance leadership role will drive global strategy, governance, and execution of best-in-class finance operations. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape global finance operations at an enterprise level. Responsibilities: * Serve as the leader related to the global shared services process including AR, AP, invoicing, bank reconciliations, etc. * Oversee corporate Travel & Expense (T&E) and P-Card program governance to ensure compliance, efficiency, and a strong user experience * Lead strategy, adoption, and continuous improvement * Will manage and lead the activity of their BPO partnership with Accenture * Ensure accurate and timely global finance operations, including AR, AP, and month-end close * Develop and enforce internal controls, finance policies, and global standards in compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements * Champion process re-engineering, automation, and digital transformation to drive efficiency and scalability * Foster strong partnerships across business units and corporate functions
