What will I be doing?
The Senior Director Global Lifestyle F&B is an outstanding role where you will lead and direct all activities of a cross-functional Lifestyle Brand F&B Product Solutions Development team, including creating F&B solutions across Hilton's Lifestyle hotels. You will develop strategic solutions, betas, prototypes, and brand standards to support on-property Food & Beverage programming and progressive F&B concepts to drive commercial success and recognition of Hilton Lifestyle brands while crafting value for owners.
Your responsibilities will also include:
Evaluate and approve of F&B concepts for regional suitability, target audience, and alignment with Brand Standards.Resolve strategic need to develop well-defined bespoke F&B concepts for owners.Develop brand standards and deliver to both franchise and managed properties across the US.Guide property partners to Hilton's online Food & Beverage Portfolio of concepts, tools, and standard methodologies.Develop well-defined Master Prototype F&B innovations for use as turnkey solutions by owners and operators and evaluate business opportunities for new and additional prototype concepts.Prepare and present detailed F&B concept briefs for review to internal partners initially and then to internal and external customers.What are we looking for?

Fifteen (15) years of overall professional experienceTen (10) years of Corporate Food & Beverage experience in a similar or multi roleFive (5) to seven (7) years of demonstrated experience leading a teamFive (5) to seven (7) years of demonstrated experience leading stakeholder managementSixty-five percent (65%) travel time requiredIt would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
