Skills and Requirements 10+ years of experience in front-end development with a proven track record of delivering complex, high-quality software. 5+ years of leadership experience managing and growing engineering teams. Expertise in modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.), JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and front-end tooling (Webpack, Babel, etc.). Experience with headless ecommerce platforms, preferably Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and headless content management systems Familiarity with back-end technologies and APIs (REST, GraphQL, etc.). Proven ability to drive technical decisions and architecture for large-scale applications. Experience working in a cloud-based, microservices architecture environment. Experience with TypeScript or other typed JavaScript supersets. Experience scaling front-end teams and processes in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team. Deep understanding of user-experience principles and the ability to work closely with product and design teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
