Producer, Investment Sales – JLLWhat this job involves:

Direct the marketing and sales of commercial properties across all asset types as a Capital Markets Advisor, taking responsibility for all elements of client development in commercial real estate and capital markets. This commissioned position focuses on originating, marketing, negotiating, and closing real estate assignments and equity joint ventures while developing significant long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and industry professionals. You'll lead client presentations, provide strategic market advice, and supervise team members including analysts while contributing to JLL's comprehensive market intelligence and business development efforts.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Originate, direct marketing, negotiate, and close real estate assignments and equity joint ventures for all commercial property types

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with private and institutional owners, investors, and service providers

• Lead client presentations and pitches to secure new business opportunities while analyzing market trends

• Provide training and feedback to Real Estate Analysts and may supervise Production Coordinators

• Conduct risk assessment, coordinate due diligence efforts, and develop tailored marketing strategies for each assignment

• Contribute to internal databases by submitting client memos, deal data, and market intelligence from meetings and calls

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial real estate

• Bachelor's degree required (preferred major in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or Business)

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with ability to interface with top executives

• Strong leadership skills and commitment to team environment

• Proven track record of successfully closed transactions

• Established network of industry relationships and strong business development capabilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or other advanced degree

• Industry designations (CCIM, SIOR, etc.) beneficial

• Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) with willingness to learn additional software

• Familiarity with CRM systems and property databases

• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously

Location: Office setting with significant client-facing activities

Work Shift: Standard business hours with flexibility for client needs

Salary/Comp: Commissioned position based on successfully closed transactions

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
