Objective of the function:

To drive profitable growth and ensure the long-term competitiveness of the product portfolio through full profit and loss responsibility, end-to-end ownership of the entire product lifecycle, and cross-functional leadership.

Your responsibilities:

Full P&L responsibility including CAPEX, investments, manufacturing location, make-or-buy decisions, etc. for the 4008 productRegular release of updated/new product offerings within VS Machines in line with BU ecosystem and portfolio strategy (with agreed scope and quality, at the right cost, within budget, and on time)Develop innovative new products with improved performance and reduced costs for the entire VS ecosystemEstablishment of strategies and targets for manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain for 4008, responsibility for COP procurement and manufacturing technologyFull responsibility for the KPIs of the 4008 product (innovation, product development, quality, and cost performance)

Your profile:

Academic degree or equivalent diploma in a relevant field Postgraduate degree (PhD, MBA) is an advantageAt least 6 years of management experience in product and solution developmentAt least 5 years of experience in medical technology in R&D, marketing, or similar areasProven track record as a leader in growth, innovation, turnaround, and cost reductionSuccessful product development programs that have led to high sales and meet customer needsExperience in product lifecycle managementHigh level of expertise in medical-technical hemodialysis products, services, and therapiesExpertise in all areas of strategic planning and implementation of product management and marketing measuresAnalyzes complex situations, optimizes processes, plans and prioritizes effectively, and ensures accountability to achieve resultsPromotes commitment, fosters collaboration, communicates clearly and comprehensively with all target groups, acts in a customer- and business-oriented manner, and strategically anticipates future opportunitiesBusiness-level fluency in spoken and written English
