As the Senior Director, Smart Building Tech, you will be responsible for planning and executing Walmart’s Corporate Real Estate technology, vision, and strategy. This includes collaborating with Corporate Real Estate leadership to define and prioritize technology requirements to enable operations of and associate experiences across Walmart’s new Home Office and broader U.S. real estate portfolio. You will lead the development of product and platform strategies aligned with Corporate Real Estate goals, driving a roadmap that supports foundational, enabling, and experiential technologies. This includes smart building systems, digital workplace tools, building management solutions, reservation systems, workplace apps, sensors, and automation.
In close partnership with Walmart Global Tech, third party vendors and other stakeholders, you will ensure alignment with Walmart’s enterprise digital strategy and oversee the implementation of workplace technology solutions. Additionally, you will spearhead AI initiatives to optimize smart building operations, predictive maintenance, personalize workplace experiences and many other emerging opportunities.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
